This site is run by Paper Kid Games, a studio of Miles Media in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. By using it you agree to these terms. It is meant for adults; kids are welcome to play our games with a grown-up's say-so.

The Player Builder and game plans

The game plan the Player Builder shows you is an idea to start a conversation, not a quote or an offer. Prices, timelines and what is included are set in a written quote after a call, and custom work is covered by a separate written agreement.

When you send us your answers, you let us use them to prepare your plan and talk with you about it.

Our free games

The games linked from this site are free to play and are provided as they are, without promises that they will always be available or free of bugs.

Our work

The text, art, characters, code and screenshots on this site belong to Miles Media. Please do not copy them for your own use without asking. Ownership of a custom game is spelled out in its written agreement.

Using the site fairly

Please do not try to break the site, send spam through the forms, or submit information about anyone without their permission, especially children.

Limits

We work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Miles Media is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania.
